Credit Control Consultant

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring a Credit Control Consultant in Riyadh. The role manages credit deals and monitors accounts receivable across brand portfolios, covering credit assessments, customer credit master data in SAP and compliance with approval protocols. It also involves monitoring payment irregularities, collaborating with finance and sales teams on collection issues, reviewing credit limits and payment terms, and engaging directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Credit assessment: verify supporting documents, prepare and submit credit assessment reports, ensure approvals follow the delegation of authority and SLA, update credit terms in SAP and maintain a credit approval tracker.
• Accounts receivable monitoring: track non-payment and delayed payments, follow up with Business Finance and Sales, ensure timely accounting of payments, monitor unallocated credits, develop AR reports and communicate collection issues to senior management.
• Credit review and field visits: conduct periodic credit reviews, coordinate with the Head of Corporate Credit and business heads to keep adequate credit limits, revise payment terms and visit clients when needed.
• Reporting: prepare monthly reports within three working days after month close, report on delinquent accounts and keep underwriting (credit application) experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a credit analyst.
• Fluent reading and writing in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, negotiation and relationship management, and ability to work under pressure.
