Credit Review Manager

About the role

The Credit Review Manager leads the credit review function, assessing customer creditworthiness, monitoring exposures, and ensuring compliance with the company’s credit policies and risk appetite. This role provides timely insights and recommendations to support effective risk management and informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the credit review process for customer accounts, ensuring compliance with credit policies and risk appetite.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer creditworthiness, financial position, payment performance and overall exposure.
• Monitor credit governance, ensure alignment with the company’s risk framework and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
• Maintain accurate credit data, prepare periodic risk reports and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage high‑performing teams, and to address low performance effectively.
• Strong decision‑making skills, proactive problem anticipation and ownership of results.
• Experience in business planning, performance monitoring and budget control.
• Capability to drive organizational development, process improvements and automation initiatives.
