About the role

The Critical Care Nurse 3 provides advanced-level nursing care within the intensive care unit at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Al‑Hasa. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care, mentoring junior staff, and supporting operational processes to ensure safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for complex critical care patients and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Mentor and precept intermediate‑level nurses and new hires, supporting their professional development.
• Participate in development and evaluation of unit protocols, contributing to patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, applying BLS and ACLS skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care from admission through discharge, maintaining accurate records and meeting Clinical Advancement Program requirements.

Required profile

• International Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current registration as a professional RN, plus BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 4 years nursing experience, including at least 2 years in critical care.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
