CRM Business Partner – Lead Strategy & Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned CRM Business Partner to drive the strategy, implementation and continuous improvement of our Customer Relationship Management platforms across the organization. The role will bridge business needs with technology, ensuring the CRM ecosystem supports our digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall CRM strategy, planning and roadmap.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce environments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee integration of CRM with ERP, marketing tools and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance and compliance within CRM.
• Create dashboards, reports and analytical insights for decision‑making.
• Handle CRM upgrades, enhancements and performance monitoring.
• Promote user adoption through training, best‑practice guidance and support.
• Lead and mentor internal CRM team members and coordinate external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
