CRM Specialist

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a CRM Specialist to design, execute and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns. The role focuses on personalising customer interactions across email, SMS, WhatsApp and app notifications to boost loyalty and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Execute personalised marketing campaigns using the CRM platform.
• Set up automated messages and app notifications based on user behaviour.
• Design and schedule WhatsApp, email and SMS campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Use purchase data to create targeted offers that increase average order value.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities through customer data analysis.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve open, click‑through and purchase rates.
• Collaborate with content, sales and technical teams to ensure message consistency and achieve revenue goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong data analysis abilities and experience in planning and performance follow‑up.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (excellent) and English (good).
• Training in computer, administrative and effective communication skills.
