CSU Operator – DCS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CSU Operator to join our commissioning team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring plant systems through the Distributed Control System (DCS) during the commissioning and start‑up of hydrogen and ammonia production units.

Key responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and start‑up activities for process units, utilities, and supporting systems.
• Conduct loop checks, functional tests, and pre‑startup inspections to verify system readiness.
• Operate and monitor plant processes via DCS throughout commissioning phases.
• Troubleshoot and report any operational or instrumentation issues encountered.
• Collaborate with CSU, commissioning, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow all HSE, operational, and project procedures and maintain accurate commissioning records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in commissioning, start‑up, or operations within oil & gas, chemical, or hydrogen/ammonia plants.
• Strong knowledge of safety, process, and operational procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under tight schedules.
• Preferred experience with green hydrogen or renewable energy projects.
