Customer Care Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer‑focused Associate to join our remote support team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, address concerns, and navigate our products or services while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, orders, billing and procedures.
• Listen, diagnose issues and guide customers through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Handle complaints with patience, empathy and professionalism, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Document interactions, update account records and process orders, returns, refunds or cancellations in the CRM.
• Monitor support tickets to meet response‑time targets and collaborate with sales, billing, technical and operations teams.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, manage time effectively and maintain high service standards without direct supervision.
• Empathetic, patient and professional when dealing with frustrated or dissatisfied customers.
