Customer Complaints Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Complaints Specialist to join Clean Life in Riyadh. The role focuses on handling customer complaints across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and improving overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve customer complaints via calls, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
• Follow up on each case until full resolution and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Coordinate with Operations and relevant departments to address issues efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
• Document and track complaints accurately using the CRM system.
• Analyze recurring problems and propose service improvements.
• Prepare reports on complaints and customer‑satisfaction metrics.
• Handle escalated and sensitive cases with professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or complaint handling.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience in the services or facilities‑management sector is preferred.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
