About the role
DHL is looking for a Customer Enquiry Advisor to join its international call centre team in Saudi Arabia. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, helping them with bookings, shipment tracking and service inquiries while delivering the high‑quality service DHL is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Arrange pickup bookings and provide accurate shipment tracing information.
- Handle customer complaints, transfer calls when needed, and follow up on open cases.
- Promote and sell DHL products, insurance and value‑added services to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate call records and generate sales leads or quotes as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher.
- At least 12 months of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong typing ability and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Typing proficiency.
