About the role

Meat & Rice Co., a Saudi‑based culinary brand specializing in authentic Indian meat and rice dishes, is looking for a dynamic Customer Relations Manager to join its Dammam team. The role focuses on overseeing and enhancing customer service operations to ensure exceptional experiences and drive loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of customer service representatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
• Design and deliver training programs to boost team skills and knowledge.
• Manage escalations and high‑priority cases, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or relations.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful service strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑motivation skills.
• Relevant customer‑service certifications and deep understanding of best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
