About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to handle and process internal and external customer requests efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with sales, delivery, and store teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and process customer queries and requests over the phone.
  • Coordinate with sales team members and accounts receivable before processing orders.
  • Take and invoice sales orders based on price lists and follow up on their processing.
  • Ensure timely delivery by working closely with the delivery team.
  • Process customer complaints through the appropriate channels.
  • Handle returned goods according to established procedures.
  • Prepare daily activity reports for the supervisor.
  • Maintain records of special items ordered and generate sales reports for the CS Manager.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
  • Patient, energetic, pragmatic, and friendly personality.
