Customer Service Rep - Remote Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering support via phone, email and chat while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries across phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and policies.
• Assist with account management, order status, troubleshooting and general support.
• Investigate and resolve issues efficiently; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Document interactions, maintain accurate records and update internal knowledge bases.
• Build positive relationships and contribute to customer retention.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated and reliable, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
