About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers across multiple channels, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and their experience remains positive.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, messages, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Required skills
