Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Aggreko in Riyadh as a Customer Service Representative, acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the rental lifecycle. You will ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with sales, operations, credit control, billing, and hire coordination teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer relationship from order placement to off‑hire, setting expectations and communicating changes.
• Lead and support the Customer Service team to complete tasks accurately and on time, providing regular updates to the manager.
• Oversee department dashboards, BTT and reports to maintain KPI targets.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and other channels promptly, meeting agreed touchpoint standards.
• Own reactive queries, breakdowns, complaints and order issues, liaising with relevant teams for swift resolution.
• Support sales by processing orders, change orders and post‑order activities, and expedite order integration.
• Communicate customer requirements across internal teams and systems, ensuring alignment.
• Validate new order documentation, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and update order changes.
• Create and manage on‑hire/off‑hire folders and contract documentation in the Share Drive.
• Coordinate hire cases with Contracts, Service and Logistics, track end‑of‑hire dates and issue confirmations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment, preferably within rental operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong customer focus, sense of urgency and attention to detail.
