We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join Baytonia’s support team. Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, messages, and social media platforms.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
