About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional, patient, and courteous demeanor in challenging situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
