Customer Service Representative

About the role

Direct is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its front‑desk team in Jeddah. The role involves greeting visitors, identifying their needs, and guiding them to the appropriate service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs and direct them to the correct service channel.
• Explain procedures, answer inquiries and manage customer flow to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist customers in completing forms accurately and record their information in approved systems while preserving confidentiality.
• Coordinate with team members to follow up on requests, and forward feedback or complaints to the relevant department.
• Maintain an organized reception area and uphold service quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and Urdu.
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with digital systems and enter data accurately.
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
