Customer Service Representative - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly and efficient support across phone, email and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing and company policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Use CRM tools to manage communications and keep customer data up‑to‑date.
• Gather feedback and share insights to improve processes and services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• Professional, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.

• Basic computer proficiency.
