About the role

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This entry‑level position assists customers with questions, account information, orders, service requests, and general support through approved communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Enter and update customer data in approved systems, maintaining accurate records.
• Resolve routine concerns following established guidelines and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Create, categorize, and manage support tickets, ensuring clear case notes and timely updates.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, trackers, and processing routine forms.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and other departments regarding customer requests.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional style.
• Attention to detail, good organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow policies, handle multiple routine requests, and remain professional during challenging interactions.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
