About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely assistance. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality support while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls to the contact centre and respond to customer inquiries with accurate data.
• Handle feedback, comments, and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Raise customer requests, recommend target customer lists, and submit daily and monthly reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and ensure continuous follow‑up on open cases.
• Present the company’s services professionally and adhere to all procedural standards.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile
