About the role

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, working remotely on a full‑time basis. You will be the primary point of contact for our Arabic‑ and English‑speaking customers, delivering timely and effective support.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Arabic and English.
Resolve product or service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Log all interactions and updates accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.
Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent follow‑up and organizational skills.

Required skills

Experience using CRM systems and customer service tools.
