Customer Service Team Member – In‑store Desk

About the role

This full‑time position is based in our Wanaka store, working at the in‑store service desk to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be on the front line, assisting shoppers with inquiries, returns and transactions while supporting store safety.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and provide product advice.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers efficiently.
• Assist the Loss Prevention team with security measures and store safety.
• Support and, when needed, supervise the checkout area to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming service desk environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer‑facing role.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
