Customer Success Manager – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex product development journeys. Based in Saudi Arabia and operating in a fully remote, global environment, you will guide customers from onboarding through delivery and future growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end post‑sales customer journey, including onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing support.
• Explain production workflows, set expectations, and align customer needs with internal capabilities.
• Coordinate between customers, design teams, and production or sourcing partners to keep projects on track.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues before they affect timelines.
• Provide consultative guidance on specifications, materials, and technical considerations during product development.
• Maintain accurate account records, track milestones, and report on customer health metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities such as repeat orders, new product lines, and additional solutions.
• Collect feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Experience in e‑commerce, manufacturing, technology platforms, or customized product environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong project coordination abilities and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
