Customer Support Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position assists customers with routine inquiries, account requests, orders and service issues while maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email, chat and phone using approved scripts and resources.
• Enter and update customer information, maintain accurate records, and document interactions.
• Create, categorize and manage support tickets, track status and escalate complex cases.
• Assist with routine account and order inquiries, verify information before processing changes.
• Update spreadsheets, trackers and shared records; support shared inboxes when assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, friendly and patient demeanor.
• Basic computer, typing and data‑entry proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or ticket‑management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
