Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, customer‑focused specialist to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position involves assisting customers with questions, account needs, service requests, and routine problem resolution while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone using approved templates and scripts.
• Create, update, and close support tickets, documenting actions and resolutions.
• Guide customers through account, product, and order processes, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing skills with reliable internet connection.
• Strong written and verbal communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow established procedures.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or ticket‑management platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Data‑entry experience and handling of customer records.
• Use of remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, chat).
