Cyber Security GRC Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security GRC Supervisor to lead and strengthen our governance, risk, and compliance framework. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure our cybersecurity posture meets regulatory and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) policies and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
• Plan, perform, and manage cybersecurity audits, and prepare detailed audit reports.
• Review contracts and regulatory requirements from a cybersecurity compliance perspective.
• Monitor compliance activities and recommend continuous improvements to policies and documentation.

Required profile

• Master's degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CSA, Security+, and CCNA are preferred.
