Cyber Security Manager

About the role

The Cyber Security Manager will protect SSCL’s IT infrastructure from cyber threats, ensuring data integrity and a secure technology environment that supports sustainable operations across healthcare, industrial and commercial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security protocols, policies and incident response procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
• Monitor network traffic, security logs and alerts to detect and respond to incidents.
• Lead and motivate a security team, managing resources, budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, HR and external partners to align security measures with corporate standards.
• Provide training and awareness programs on security best practices, phishing and social engineering.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in information security or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage security projects.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in developing actionable work plans and ensuring compliance.
