Cyber Security Manager

About the role

The Cyber Security Manager will lead the development and implementation of security policies, controls and standards to protect the organization’s infrastructure, systems and data, ensuring compliance with national regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic plans, operational goals and KPIs for the cybersecurity department and monitor performance.
• Supervise the creation and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures aligned with national frameworks.
• Oversee technical infrastructure, detect threats, manage incident response and coordinate remediation actions.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enforce the Principle of Least Privilege.
• Lead penetration testing, risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote a strong security culture.
• Coordinate with Data and IT departments on data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Proven leadership competencies such as planning, decision‑making, motivation and change management.
• Advanced behavioral competencies including technical excellence, analytical thinking and effective communication.
