Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Operations Lead

About the role

Lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee governance, risk management and compliance activities, aligning with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) requirements.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, policies, standards, procedures and operating models.
• Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, including 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response and security operations.
• Direct vulnerability management, remediation, patch management and cyber‑defense activities across the organization.
• Lead incident management and coordinate response efforts to minimise business impact.
• Drive continuous cybersecurity maturity improvement through assessments and strategic initiatives.
• Provide advisory and strategic support to IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
• Develop metrics, dashboards and executive reports to measure performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP Security, CCIE, CISSP or equivalent; technology/vendor certifications preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity governance, risk and operations.
