Cybersecurity Lead – IT/DT (NGHP)

About the role

Air Products is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to drive and coordinate cybersecurity activities for the NGHP IT/DT site in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee site acceptance testing, cyber hygiene, compliance documentation and ensure readiness for regulatory audits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all cybersecurity activities on site, including cyber site acceptance testing, hygiene, readiness reviews and closure of implementation gaps.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between DT, OT/ICS cybersecurity, project management, vendors, subcontractors and NGHC stakeholders.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to cybersecurity engineers, external partners and site resources, aligning activities with project schedules and commissioning priorities.
• Manage regulatory and compliance readiness for KSA requirements such as NCA ECC, NCA OTCC and HCIS/SAIS permits, including collection and review of proof‑of‑compliance documentation.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet Air Products, NGHC and regulatory standards and tracking any gaps that affect project readiness.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian cybersecurity regulations (NCA, HCIS/SAIS) and contractual obligations.
• Proven experience leading OT/ICS cybersecurity in large industrial or critical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across project execution, stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

• OT/ICS security principles including network segmentation and industrial DMZs.
• Secure remote access, access‑control management and system hardening.
• Monitoring, SIEM integration and incident‑readiness processes.
