Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Manager to lead and enhance our security operations across a complex environment. The role blends strategic planning with deep technical execution, working closely with executive leadership, clients and stakeholders to maintain a strong security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity operations, including SOC, incident response, threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
• Design, implement and continuously improve information security frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Oversee risk assessments, penetration testing and security assessments, ensuring timely remediation.
• Manage cyber incidents, conduct investigations, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA and PCI‑DSS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align security strategies with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
• Evaluate, implement and manage security tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, IAM, etc.) and prepare executive‑level security reports.

Required profile

• 5–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP (required or strongly preferred), CISM, CISSP‑ACE, OSCP, GPEN, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor or cloud security certifications.
• Experience working in enterprise or government environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
