Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

Almarai is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead the corporate strategy for protecting its IT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). The role focuses on ensuring high availability, integrity and functionality while delivering innovative solutions that reduce security risks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement security architecture for IT and OT environments, aligning with corporate strategic goals.
• Drive projects that adopt best‑practice security controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or cybersecurity.
• 4‑6 years of experience in cybersecurity, including architecture and project management.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, CIS, CSA and NCA security standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NIST, CIS, CSA and NCA security frameworks.
• Experience designing and managing security solutions for IT and OT systems.
