Cybersecurity Manager – Metro

About the role

The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee operational tasks such as account administration, eDiscovery, incident response, and the implementation of security technologies for project information systems. This role acts as the primary liaison with suppliers to develop technical security solutions and advises senior management on risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of workstations, servers, and networks by managing user accounts and system upgrades.
• Secure transmission of sensitive unclassified information and protect cryptographic assets.
• Investigate security incidents, lead forensic analysis, and support cyber‑security initiatives.
• Develop, audit, and maintain major security systems, including firewalls, SIEM platforms, and intrusion detection tools.
• Provide technical support, training, and data‑recovery services to end‑users.

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with proven decision‑making in security contexts.
• Experience with compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and Saudi Arabian security standards.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities.
