Cybersecurity Operation Center Analyst

About the role

ASMO is looking for a Cybersecurity Operation Center Analyst to ensure the performance, security, and reliability of its cybersecurity systems and applications. The analyst will prevent incidents, respond quickly when they occur, and work with stakeholders to mitigate threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, validate, and contain cybersecurity incidents, reporting findings to the SOC Manager and senior management.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ASMO’s technical environment, including cloud infrastructures, networks, solutions, and applications.
• Facilitate onboarding and integration of SIEM tools, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve integration issues.
• Develop, maintain, and test the Incident Response (IR) plan, ensuring full visibility of the environment and addressing gaps.
• Utilize threat‑intelligence reports to enhance security posture and proactively protect the environment.
• Oversee outsourced cybersecurity services, manage third‑party vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a similar role.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), or Certified Threat Hunting Professional (CTHP) are preferred.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.
