About the role
We are looking for a proactive Arab female professional to join our remote sales team. The role focuses on daily B2B client acquisition and telecalling to expand our high‑end architectural lighting business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with new B2B prospects each day using LinkedIn, social media and other professional platforms.
- Conduct phone follow‑ups with existing accounts to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain a daily tracker of leads, follow‑up status and pipeline progress.
- Present company services fluently in Arabic and English to decision‑makers.
Required profile
- Native Arabic speaker (Arab national) with strong English proficiency.
- Previous experience in telesales, client acquisition or B2B lead generation via LinkedIn.
- Excellent phone etiquette, persuasive communication and self‑motivation.
- Quiet, dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet.
