Data Analyst – Administrative Operations

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst to support the Administrative Operations function. You will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making, improve performance, and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from multiple systems, analyse it according to business requirements and identify trends, patterns and gaps.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and develop interactive dashboards that monitor key performance indicators.
• Validate data accuracy, resolve inconsistencies and collaborate with internal teams to ensure unified, high‑quality data sources.
• Support forecasting, planning and analytical projects using historical data.
• Document analysis methodologies and reporting processes to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
• Strong ability to extract, analyse and communicate data insights.
• Understanding of digital consumer behaviour and e‑commerce environments.
