Data Analyst – Business Analysis & Insights

About the role

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Data Analyst to build business analysis frameworks, monitor performance, and turn data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across its logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data models, KPI frameworks, and analytical approaches aligned with business objectives, covering service quality, user operations, and operational efficiency.
• Establish business monitoring and early‑warning mechanisms, track key KPIs, identify anomalies and risks, and provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Unlock value from data by identifying growth opportunities and business issues, delivering actionable recommendations, and driving implementation.
• Support key business projects with data analysis, track outcomes, resolve issues, and help achieve project goals.
• Translate business needs into data product requirements, drive the creation of dashboards and BI tools, and improve data accessibility for faster decisions.

Required profile

• Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Proven data analytics capabilities, including KPI framework development, trend analysis, and problem‑solving.
• Ability to combine data, business context, and industry trends to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills to drive recommendations through to implementation.
• Professional influence with structured thinking, clear communication, and the ability to build alignment across teams.
