Masterworks is looking for a forward‑thinking Data Analyst to turn complex data sets into actionable insights that support business strategy and operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement analytical models to evaluate business performance.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that summarize findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to determine data needs and deliver analytical solutions.
• Apply statistical methods to derive insights and forecast future trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks.
• Communicate analytical results to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex data concepts.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
