Data Analyst

About the role

My Clinic is seeking a Data Analyst to build and own a comprehensive, data‑driven view of the Telehome department’s performance. You will collect, consolidate and visualise operational and commercial data, turning raw information into actionable insights that support continuous improvement and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from all available sources and build a comprehensive dataset for the Telehome department.
• Design, enhance and maintain dashboards and other tools to track departmental and individual staff performance.
• Generate data‑driven insights to solve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Team Leaders and Coordinators to translate findings into improvement actions and monitor outcomes.
• Provide analytical support for the ramp‑up in home service referrals and escalate issues promptly.
• Prepare agendas and lead weekly/monthly performance analysis sessions with operational and clinical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or performance management, preferably in healthcare or operations.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modelling, pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience in data collection, cleaning and dataset/database management.
