Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, developing meaningful reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of business and operational data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Power BI, Excel, and similar tools.
• Monitor and analyze key business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify business and operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.
