About the role
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design and operate data pipelines that serve industrial and refinery operations in Riyadh. The role focuses on real‑time and historical data integration, ensuring high‑quality datasets for analytics, AI/ML and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement real‑time and historical data pipelines for refinery data.
- Integrate process historians, OT systems, laboratory, asset and engineering data sources.
- Develop data models and contextual relationships across equipment, tags and process units.
- Build data validation, reconciliation, monitoring and exception‑handling processes.
- Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability and security.
- Prepare high‑quality datasets and governed data services for AI/ML, analytics and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data engineering.
- Experience with industrial or refinery data environments is preferred.
