Data Entry Admin Support (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented Data Entry Admin Support professional to join our remote team. This entry‑level position supports daily operations through accurate data entry, records maintenance, document processing, spreadsheet updates, and general administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized electronic records, upload, label, categorize, and archive documents.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, lists, and trackers; manage contact lists and shared resources.
• Perform data verification and quality checks, flagging discrepancies for review.
• Communicate professionally via email, chat, and virtual meetings, and support shared inboxes.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with familiarity with email, spreadsheets, web browsers, and digital documents.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions, work independently in a remote environment, and maintain confidentiality.
