About the role

The Data Management Officer will lead the design and execution of data management strategies, ensuring data integrity across the organization. This role collaborates with multiple teams to define data standards and supports data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards to maintain accuracy.

• Develop and maintain documentation and data dictionaries for data assets.
• Implement data security measures and access controls for sensitive data.
• Participate in data migration and integration projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Management Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and methodologies.
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data quality management practices.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy measures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
