Data & Operations Analyst – Riyadh

About the role

Balich Wonder Studio is expanding its KSA operations and needs a Data & Operations Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights. The role sits at the crossroads of operations, business development, and marketing, supporting bids, internal processes, and social media performance.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, structure, and track data from procurement portals such as Oracle, SAP Ariba and Etimad.
• Break down RFPs, capture key scope, deliverable, timeline and eligibility data.
• Maintain a master dashboard tracking bid status, deadlines and outcomes.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for pipeline visibility, win rates and bid performance.
• Ensure data accuracy across internal records, client registrations and submissions.
• Support day‑to‑day operations for the Process & Digital System Manager, keeping Airtable and connected systems up‑to‑date.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation to reduce manual effort.
• Manage the company’s Instagram presence using tools like Emplifi or Sprout Social, creating performance dashboards and monthly reports.
• Act as community manager, monitoring engagement, responding to messages and surfacing insights for the Growth team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, operations, marketing analytics or a related coordination role.
• Proven ability to work across multiple reporting lines and deliver accurate, timely insights.
