Data Operations Coordinator

About the role

Mosaic Conseil is seeking an entry‑level Data Operations Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the raw data that underpins our financial models. This permanent, fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys meticulous data verification and enjoys working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming datasets, cleaning and categorising information for downstream analysis.
• Audit spreadsheets for errors and verify that figures match original source documents.
• Maintain the integrity of internal databases and document data sources.
• Map invoice ledger entries to financial models, flagging inconsistencies for further investigation.
• Support the team by providing clear, documented evidence that builders and challengers rely on.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a logical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Interest in financial models or industrial data is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn.
