Data Platform & Management Manager

About the role

The Data Platform & Management Manager will lead the design, operation and governance of the company’s analytics data platform and data‑management functions. Reporting to the Data Management Director, the role ensures a robust, scalable and secure data infrastructure while complying with Saudi government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Data Management Director in defining vision, goals and roadmap for data platform and analytics.
• Provide strategic oversight and governance for the PMO that implements SDAIA, NDMO and NCA data‑management regulations.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate initiatives into measurable business value.
• Lead resource allocation, workload balancing and prioritisation across teams to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee discovery and requirements planning for analytics use‑cases supported by the data platform.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for continuous improvement of enterprise data‑management.
• Participate in the department’s annual budgeting cycle and report on progress and challenges.

Required profile

• Saudi Arabian nationality.
• At least 108 months (9 years) of relevant experience in data platform, big‑data or data‑management roles.
• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with Saudi government data‑management regulations (SDAIA, NDMO, NCA).
