DC Controller – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented DC Controller to join our Supply Chain team. The role focuses on maintaining warehouse efficiency, ensuring inventory accuracy and delivering timely performance reports to support distribution across NADEC’s regional network. You will work closely with demand planners, inventory managers and operations teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Generate baseline customer demand by gathering, analysing and validating data.
• Track and update forecast consumption at the customer level.
• Support inventory planning for existing items, new products and phase‑outs.
• Cross‑check daily and monthly inventory activities, identify discrepancies and reconcile system versus physical market returns.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly DC performance reports (allocation vs. actual receipts).
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to reflect accurate system data.
• Track return and receipt of empty crates to and from the Haradh factory.
• Provide effective DC shift management reports for decision‑making.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance within DC operations.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics, preferably in FMCG.
