About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Dean for the College of Computer Engineering and Science at a leading university in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for the College of Information Technology, ensuring programs meet high academic standards and align with the university’s strategic objectives and industry needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and academic leadership for the College of Information Technology and its programs.
• Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with the university’s vision.
• Oversee curriculum development, program quality, and continuous improvement.
• Lead faculty recruitment, performance management, development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, quality‑assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote research, innovation, and academic excellence across the College.
• Build partnerships and strengthen collaboration with the technology industry and professional organisations.
• Enhance student experience, academic outcomes, and graduate employability.
