Delivery Captain – Al Khobar

About the role

The Delivery Captain ensures timely and safe delivery of customer orders and collection of returns for Chalhoub Group in Al Khobar. The role involves operating a company vehicle, handling cash‑on‑delivery transactions, and using the Fareye platform to manage routes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries to wholesale and retail outlets and last‑mile customer deliveries.
• Verify orders before dispatch and collect returns to the warehouse.
• Gather cash and credit‑card payments from COD e‑commerce customers and hand them over according to procedure.
• Process all transactions in the Fareye system.
• Execute shop‑to‑shop transfers and collect required documents during returns.
• Report incidents, misplaced or lost packages to the Logistics Distribution Department.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules strictly.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, perform minor maintenance, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Fareye delivery management platform.
