Delivery Captain – Riyadh

About the role

The Delivery Captain ensures timely and safe delivery of customer orders and collection of returns across Riyadh for Chalhoub Group. You will manage the end‑to‑end last‑mile process, handling cash‑on‑delivery transactions and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries to wholesale and retail outlets, as well as last‑mile customer deliveries.
• Verify order contents before departure and collect returns to the warehouse.
• Handle cash‑on‑delivery payments, process credit‑card transactions, and hand over funds according to procedure.
• Execute shop‑to‑shop transfers using the Fareye platform.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each delivery and report any incidents or lost packages.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, perform minor maintenance, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules strictly.
